Matcha is great for making ‘good’ sweets. Rich in Vitamin C. Great mid morning or afternoon beverage to get you started or keep you going!
- 1 cup of cold milk
- 2 ice cubes
- 1-2 scoop of Vanilla icecream
- 1-2 tsp Aracha Matcha green tea powder
- 1 tbsp Sweetened condensed milk(optional)
- Whiz all ingredients in a blender till mixed. Serve in a tall glass.
This may sound a little odd, but actually tastes really good – add 1 heap tsp of cinnamon powder in the Matcha milkshake before whizzing. Taste great! Decorate your milkshake with honey!
