Our Pu-erh leaf tea yields a fine woody - earthy flavour and produces a strong coloured brew with almost no bitterness. Gentle to the stomach, Pu-erh is known in Chinese medicine as an excellent tea to aid digestion, particularly after eating heavy, greasy food.
Just like fine wine, Pu-erh tastes better as it ages. This ripe Pu-erh is about 2-3 years old and ready to drink.
