A clever variation to regular loose leaf tea, this leaf-biscuit is shaped into a small square for easy brewing at home or in the office making 2-3 servings. Made from Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) tea, it reminds many of a light Darjeeling, with its velvety finishes making it a great refresher and palette cleanser.
If you have never tried white tea, Pai Mu Tan is a good way to start your white tea exploration. Fresh, sweet, mellow white tea, lightly reminiscent of a white wine's floral fruity tones.
