Bancha is a Japanese green tea consists of larger leaves and small twigs.
Bancha is often served with a meal in Japan and its "rounder" taste suits people with more sensitive stomach. Some believe drinking Bancha helps relieving heartburn.
If you find green tea a bit "acidic" but want to enjoy the natural goodness of a good Japanese green tea you will like this popular Bancha for its "rounder / smoother" taste.
Green tea tastes the best without overbrewing. If your brew doesn't have a slight "green glow" to it then your water is probably too hot or it's been brewed a little too long.
