Genmaicha is a mix of Bancha green tea with roasted rice.
- 1 teaspoon / 3g of tea per cup. Pour in slightly cooled boiled water. Steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Boiling water will burn the leaf and cause bitterness! Green tea tastes the best without overbrewing.
