Dong Ding is one of the most popular Taiwanese Oolong teas, well known for its smooth, rounded taste and beautifully balanced character.

Our Dong Ding is medium roasted and hand-harvested during the spring harvest, then carefully crafted in Taiwan. Grown at high altitude in Taiwan, the tea develops a distinctive depth and complexity while retaining a naturally sweet and smooth finish.

The medium roasting brings out warm toasted and nutty notes, balanced by gentle floral aromas and a subtle sweetness. The result is a mellow, full-bodied Oolong that is rich without being heavy, with a pleasant lingering finish.

Dong Ding is an excellent everyday tea for those who enjoy a more developed Oolong flavour. It can be enjoyed on its own and is also well suited to multiple infusions, with each brew revealing slightly different layers of its flavour.
