- We utilise shipping software that provides live quotes to ensure you receive the best rates available on each parcel. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 business days depending on the time you place your order.
- Delivery is fulfilled through Courier or Australia Post with tracking information sent directly via email.
- Average delivery time for the Sydney metro area is 1 business day. Interstate metro areas 2-3 business days, while rural and country delivery varies between 3-7 business days.
- Please note that all our tea is hand-blended and hand-packed after the order is made to ensure the freshest ingredients and experience possible. In certain circumstances, including during holidays, sales and product launches, processing/dispatch time may increase.
- Pick-up is not available.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Changed your mind? It happens! Returns are welcome within 14 days of purchase. Simply contact us and return your unopened and unused products to arrange a refund or exchange. Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and please note shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
