Traditional use for Lemon Verbena (also called Louisa in Greek) includes strengthening the lungs and soothe a volatile stomach. Its light citrus flavour makes it easy to drink hot or chilled.

According to WebMD,
Lemon verbena is used for digestive disorders including indigestion, gas, colic, diarrhea, and constipation. It is also used for agitation, joint pain, trouble sleeping (insomnia), asthma, colds, fever, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, skin conditions, and chills.

Lemon Verbena is used in western herbalism for destress and "reducing feverish colds."

Both our tea and herbal blends come sealed in food grade, air-tightĀ packages. TheĀ packages are re-sealable by means of a zip lock to ensure freshness is maintained after each use.Ā Retail tea packages come in three sizes - 50g, 250g and 500g.

  • The 50g pouch is most suited for general consumption andĀ makesĀ between 15 - 20 cups of tea depending on the tea variety (based on approxĀ 3g / 1 teaspoon per cup).Ā 
  • The 250g pouch is for the more ā€œavidā€ tea drinker and makes between 80 - 90 cups of tea, or a cup per day for up to 3 months!
  • The 500g pouch is perfect for those that fall in love with a particular tea variety andĀ consume teaĀ as often as we do! A 500g pouch willĀ makeĀ between 160 - 180 cups of tea, or a cup per day for up to 6 months!
