Since ancient Roman time marshmallow (Malva Sylvestris mallow flower) has been used as food and medicine.
Historically it has been used as an anti-flammatory for coughs or other irritations of the mouth and the throat. Some cosmetic company use it in facial cream as it is properted to relieve dry facial skin.
Use about 5 flowers per cup (0.5-1g). 15g can make you over 20 cups.
