We source most tea from other countries, but we do have some tea that are 100% from our beloved Australia.

Australia does produce tea. Daintree black tea from Queensland has been around since 1978 and is one of the longest established tea plantations in Australia. Newer Australian tea plantations are also located in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. 

Australia tea plantation makes black tea mainly, but there are also a few tea farmers choose to make delicious green tea. 

Lemon Myrtle (caffeine-free)

  • a refreshing lemony herb
  • pleasantly softer-tasting and less acidic than lemon
  • grown in strict pesticide-free region in the New South Wales

Australian Sencha (unique and high quality)

  • an energising fresh green tea either iced or hot
  • compliments any meal and cleanses palate making one enjoy food even more
  • processed just like Japanese green tea Sencha. Made in Victoria region

Daintree Tea (famous)

  • a well-loved low tannin levels black tea because of its medium strength
  • fantastic to serve for your Afternoon Tea or High Tea Set Special
  • from North Queensland

Carob (chocolate tasting)

  • a wellness tea sought out for its properties (fights osteoporosis, cancer, asthma, digestive problems, high blood pressure and more)

  • can be sourced from South Australia
  • Carob is native to the eastern Mediterranean, with a history traced back over 4000 years

Other herbs such as Wattle seeds, Eucalyptus leaves, Finger Limes, Kakadu Plums can be also added to your favourite tea for an Aussie touch.
