Jello has always been a family summer favourite. Jazz up this classic favourite with diced seasonal fruit. No added colour! This red jello gets its colour from the hibiscus in the fruit infusion mix.

Makes about 2
- 1tbsp gelatine
- 100ml Organic Lemon Delicious infusion
- 400ml Organic Lemon Delicious infusion
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions
- Make the first 100ml Lemon Delicious infusion, drain and add sugar and gelatine while the infusion is still hot. Stir until dissolved.
- Add the rest of the drained Lemon Delicious infusion into the gelatine mixture.
- Stir and pour into little cups and place in the fridge until the jelly is set.
- Enjoy!
