Kids and expecting mothers ok to drink tea?

For mothers during pregnancy, tea drinking is not recommended. Children under two years old should also avoid drinking tea. Tea interferes with the body’s ability to absorb iron and can cause anaemia.

We have a great range of herbal tea or fruit infusions as an alternative to tea. Please consult your health practitioner if you have any concerns.
