How long do you brew your tea for? Most will shudder at the idea of brewing it for an hour, especially for good expensive tea.

So let me do that for you – I have got some beautiful Sencha Moto from Kyoto. This Sencha has re-ignited my love for green tea. I am generally more of an oolong person.

What I did was brewing this time for about an hour. It wasn’t intentional, but anyway the result is interesting.

I have to say, though this is no way of treating a good tea, once again just like very good oolong, good Sencha tea can take a bit more abuse than ordinary grade.
