Toucha is typically made with a more earthly tasting "ripe" puerh tea.
This tea with a rustic roasted rice flavour is blended with a more green tea like "raw" puerh.
Made from Pu-erh tea with roasted rice, these little tea balls have wonderful "grounding" flavour and a bit toasty. Great for digestion.
- Traditionally 1 ball per serving, we recommend use1 ball per 4 cups. Made with boiling water, discard first quick infusion (drinkable, just a little rough on the palate) and start enjoying the tea from 2nd infusion on.
