Fresh, sweet, mellow white tea, lightly reminiscent of a white wine's floral fruity tones, Pai Mu Tan pairs up nicely with a clean taste dish like steam white fish fillet.
- 1 teaspoon / 3g of tea per cup. After the water is boiled, pour it into a cup first to cool the water slightly. Then immediately pour the water onto the tea leaves to make the tea. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
