- Organic Pai Mu Tan, also known as White Peony, is a good entry point to trying out White Tea. Its tiny hint of smokiness reminds many of Darjeeling and its velvety finishes make it a great refresher and palette cleanser.
- 1 teaspoon / 3g of tea per cup. After the water is boiled, pour it into a cup first to cool the water slightly. Then immediately pour the water onto the tea leaves to make the tea. Steep for 2-4 minutes.
