If your business sells or serves tea, such as cafe, tea shop, bed & breakfast, natural health care centre, you are invited to buy wholesale from us.

Once your membership has been activated, you will receive an email notifying your wholesale membership is ready for use.

 

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we don't. You can purchase wholesale 1kg or 10kg –the choice is yours! Please bear in mind though that standard postage and handling costs apply regardless of the size of your order. If you are after bulk buying, please contact us with your requirements including delivery address, any specific packing.

 

How do I obtain a wholesale price list?

The best way to check out our wholesale prices, specials and product information plus photos is to sign up for a wholesale membership.

 

I would like to evaluate your products – what do I do to obtain samples?

Yes, we can offer the 50g retail packs at a once-off discounted rate. This is the best way for you to try our tea as you have enough to do a small market test and sampling. If the tea is approved, you may have enough to take product photos to get your range up and ready quickly.

 

Do you sell tea already packed into small tins or bags?

Yes. We call it private label tea and minimum is 2400 packs per tea starting from 50g per pack. You choose what style of packaging, labels and other specifications, and we quote accordingly. 

Private label tea is a fantastic way to start your tea range. If you want to start with a smaller quantity, we recommend you buy our tea in bulk kg bags and DIY. This way you can have enough tea for testing, packing in different sizes without over-committing to a large investment in stock in your first product production.

 

I want a special house blend. Can you do that?

Yup! Why stop at the standard range!

Options for your custom tea blending: 

  1. Use our tea as a base, add your extra ingredients. (we cannot remove any ingredients from existing blends)
  2. You provide your recipe with % for each ingredient, adding up to 100%. We provide a sample for your evaluation.
    Once sample approved, we can start production. Minimum for custom tea blending depends on the complexity of the recipes. Generally, 10kg to start per tea blend.
    We can supply them in bulk or already packed in small bags. 

What options do I have for payment?

All orders are full payment upon order.

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Direct Deposit, and ZipPay (ZipPay great for part payments).

 

What are your delivery charges? 

  • We work with Australian and overseas partners to give you the best blend of price and quality. Most goods are from Sydney.
  • Postage & Handling fee is calculated based on
    1) your delivery location and
    2) the total nett or cubic (volumetric) weight of the order, whichever is greater.
  • Cubic weight is calculated by Width x Height x Depth (all in m) x 250 Some tea such as Pai Mun Tan white tea and Chamomile is very light and attracts a larger cubic weight than its nett weight.
  • Any order over 20kg will be individually quoted.

 

 

Can I order by phone?

Yes, we welcome phone 10am to 2pm Sydney time Monday to Friday except for public holidays.

However, we do prefer online ordering as it minimises human error / misinterpretation and we take priority in processing online (internet) orders.

You are welcome to email us your order as well. Please include your preferred payment method and we will email you your order for approval and payment.

 

How long does it take for my order to be processed and delivered and how can I check where my order is at?

We endeavour to process your order within 1-2 working day once your payment has been cleared. Please allow 2-4 days for the standard stock orders to be packed and another 2-10 days for delivery depending on where you are. (We endeavour to send out your order within 3 working day or sooner but we do not guarantee it)

We will contact you during processing your order if there is any concern.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an order email. If you try to place an order and didn't get the order confirmation email, that means the order didn't go through correctly. Connect with us if you need to check anything. We are here to help.

An email shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.

 

What are your order cancellation and goods return policy?

All sales are final. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

We only accept a return of the non-tea/food item sent to you by mistake, WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt of goods. Goods has to be returned in its original, resaleable condition with all of its packaging materials.

Before returning goods that meet the above condition, please contact us with your purchase details including the 6 digit order number and we will provide you with information on how to return the item at no charge to you.

 

Do you ship outside Australia?

Although our core business focus is the Australian market, we welcome overseas opportunities. Please contact us with your requirement and we will quote accordingly.

You are responsible for any local import duties, taxes charged by your country. We do not take responsibility for any delays in your country caused by the customs/quarantine department.

We love helping our overseas customers to find the best solution for your tea business. We provide tea business coaching and we have overseas partners we can refer to you if that's better for your biz.

 

Will my personal details from your database be used outside www.teas.com.au?

No. We respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. We do NOT sell, trade, or give away any information we collect from our members. Please use our contact us form to send us your comments or questions concerning our privacy policy.

We require your email address to send you the email order confirmation, shipping confirmation and your phone number just in case we need to contact you about your order and you're unreachable by email (eg your email address was not entered correctly).

 

Wish list and teabagged tea We source tea and tea accessories from all over the world.

So if you’re looking for something specific, let us know. If there is a demand for it, we’ll try to track it down.

Our speciality is loose leaf tea and we do sell infusers/empty tea bags. We currently do not carry teabagged tea as we do believe to enjoy tea with all its true flavours, making tea with an infuser or teapot is the best way to go. Keep in mind loose leaf tea (especially oolong) and many herbal infusions we carry requires a lot of room to expand in order for the true flavour to come out.
