**ON SALE FOR A LIMITED TIME**

Often regarded in China as the "woman's friend", Jujube has long been used for nourishing the blood in both Chinese and Korean traditional medicine - for example, post-menstruation or after surgery.

In Chinese herbalism, this mucilaginous fruit is often used to soothe sore throats, relax the body, help relieve joint aches and soothe the mind enabling a good night's sleep.

It has a faint sweet date taste and can be sweetened with honey if desired. Nice mellow cuppa. Softened fruit from the brew is yummy to eat.

BREWING: 1 teaspoon / 3g per cup. Pour in boiling water and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Sweeten with raw sugar or honey if desired. Also goes well with Ceylon or Chinese black tea for a warming cuppa.
INGREDIENTS: Chinese Red Jujube (Ziziphus jujuba)
    ORIGIN: China
