There are many versions of Chai nowadays. A great body-warming drink for the winter and refreshing in the summer when iced Chai Masala is an ideal alternative to a hot chocolate for those pampering moments.
- 1 tsp. / 3g of tea per cup if you like your chai black. Pour in boiling water and let it sit for 2 minutes. If you like it with milk, use at least 1 tsp. chai and brew for at least 4 minutes. Then add milk and sugar/honey to taste.
