Wonderful Oolong Tea Benefit - Physical Wellbeing

Oolong tea has many benefits. In conjunction with regular exercise and a healthier diet, these benefits listed below can help to reduce the need to end our days in the hospital.

Using a holistic approach to life, these benefits include but not limited to, are:

  • Reduces the Risk of Heart Disease.
  • Helps Fight Obesity and Promote Weight Loss.
  • Lowers Risk of Cancer.
  • Diabetes Prevention.
  • High in Disease-Fighting Antioxidants.
  • Decreases Inflammation.
  • Supports a Healthy Brain.
  • Prevents Bone Loss.

Wow?! So many benefits. One wonders why so few are enjoying them?

Is it because we are waiting for something to happen that will make us decide to change our ways?

I think I have answered my own question. It starts with a single cup of oolong tea after a heavy meal to make the change happen. But we are all waiting for something to break before we do something.

We have, unfortunately, been trained that way. It is how 90% of adventure stories start. Something breaks and then we spend the entire story or adventure fixing or mending it.

Here at Teas.com.au as part of the Loose Leaf Tea Life Style, we strongly believe in wellbeing maintenance. It is part of the idea that being forewarned is being forearmed. So rather than waiting for something to break, we instead check and start improving things beforehand. By doing such, we free up our future time, energy, money and space for the kinds of adventures we really want to have with our physical bodies.

Oolong tea could be one of the weapons in your armoury.

And as an add-on it is far far cheaper than those mounting medical bills as we get older. Some elderly people I have spoken to, feel they are nothing more than cash-cows being milked dry. And while that is happening, they are asking themselves what happened to their retirement as they had planned?

Perhaps it is time to consider oolong tea and tai-chi in the park? Nothing too strenuous. Moderately light movements. Capped off with a welcoming pot of oolong tea.
