Wonderful Oolong Tea 2

Yesterday I wrote about wonderful oolong tea.

And just like the first brew I kept it light. So today would the second brew and the second blog on Oolong tea.

When it comes to oolong tea it is true: The second (2nd) and third (3rd) brews are always the best. Most people will either discard the first brew or use it to warm the tea cups to help give their guests an aromatic appreciation of the craft that is Kung Fu Cha.

Smelling cup anyone?

Or we could just be unrefined for a day and enjoy it in a mug... Strong and Dark like a black coffee alternative. But without the nasty side effects. If you know what I mean. ;-)
