Tea time vs teatime?

Tea time vs Teatime?

A bloke's head-scratching conundrum answered.

Tea time and teatime are the same thing. Unless you are British. Then tea time is afternoon tea of typically strong black tea served with crumpets. And teatime is your daily tally of your favourite football team.

Here at Teas.com.au both ways of spelling are celebrated. For tea is tea. And what for a guy couldn't be better than to enjoy Tea Time equals Me Time with a strong black tea (with milk) and luncheon sandwiches while reading the sports section of the newspaper in the afternoon!

Who cares about the Pollies and their daily shenanigans: Their ratings go up and down like yo-yos.

What truly matters is that the good stuff is made right. Long live tea time.
