A slight “Asian” touch with this summer classic. Serve with lots of ice.
Makes 2 cups
- 2 tbsp Caster sugar
- 2 tbsp Lemongrass tea
- Juice of half a lemon
- Mix all ingredients and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Strain and mix with 600ml chilled water.
- Ready to serve with lots of ice. Delish!
