Chaste berry Vitex
Chaste berry / Vitex has been used in traditional folk medicine to normalise the activities of female sex hormones.
 
Many use it to help relieving discomfort of PMT and PMS as well as other menstrual disorders.
 
It is also used for increasing milk production after birth.

Ingredients: Chaste berry (Vitex Agnes-Castus)

1 teaspoon / 3g per cup. Pour in boiling water and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.
