Bright Eyes
Wolfberry is often regarded as the "eye drink" in the Chinese folklore herbalism.
 
Adding Cassia seeds elderberry and gingko Bright Eyes is great for those late nights after staring at the computer or TV too long.
  •  Wolfberry (Lycium Barbarum / Gou Qi Zi) has been long used in Chinese medicine for revitalising the liver and kidneys. The dried wolfberries can be eaten like other dried fruit.
  • Cassia seeds (Cassia Obtusifolia / Jue Ming Zi) is known in Chinese medicine to clear heat in the liver and brighten the eyes dispel wind and moisten the intestines. It has a similar roasty taste to roasted dandelion.


Elderberry and Gingko are also known to promote eye health.

Ingredients: Wolfberry (Goji berry), cassia seeds, elderberry, gingko leaves

Made with boiling water, steep 1 teaspoon / 3g per cup for 3 minutes. Sweeten with honey if desired.
